How to modify the machine tool coaxial valve group

Composition of the Cutting Fluid Central Control Valve Group

The control valve group consists of a confluence-type coaxial valve, main or branch line flow meter (switch), main or branch line pressure switch (sensor), pilot air source, ball valve, and pipe fittings.

This valve group can be used for high-pressure cooling systems (HPC) as well as ordinary low-pressure cooling systems (LPC). It inherits the inherent advantages of the coaxial valve: pollution resistance, high-pressure resistance, and low starting pressure.

Advantages of the Cutting Fluid Central Control Valve Group

The uniquely designed manifold provides multiple functional enhancements:

High and low pressure zones can be implemented on the same valve group; valves with different flow capacities can be installed on the same valve group; control of different media can be achieved on the same valve group; space can be reserved for future expansion; the valve group can achieve the convergence of different media; and the valve group can also integrate pneumatic, electrical, and sensor components.

The appearance of the system is also greatly improved by adopting the central control valve group:

The structure is more compact, saving installation space. The box-type installation is safe, clean, and the large-size transparent panel facilitates observation.

Original Design: Short service life, complex structure, high maintenance cost. The cutting fluid control system improved with the coaxial valve group has increased its service life, reduced maintenance costs, and extended maintenance cycles.
