- Pressure limiting valve (relief valve) is a kind of hydraulic pressure control valve in hydraulic equipment mainly plays a role in safety protection, system unloading and pressure stabilization
1, safety protection role: a protection when the pump starts: when the pump starts to start, the pressure limiting valve spool is fully opened, the pump starts without load, preventing overload of the pump and motor.b When the system works normally:
when the system pressure exceeds the set pressure, the valve core opens, and overflows, Make the system pressure no longer increase (usually make the set pressure of the pressure limiting valve 10% ~ 20% higher than the maximum working pressure of the system), overload protection
2, system unloading effect: when the tool and workpiece do not need cooling and lubrication, the pilot valve no air pressure passes, the valve core opens, port B through the water tank, at this time the pump unloads, the pressure limiting valve is used as an unloading valve.
3. Pressure stabilization: the pressure limiting valve is connected in parallel on the waterway, and the pressure limiting valve generates back pressure to provide a stable pressure to the system.

Manual pressure limiting valve use method
(1) Manual pressure limiting valve YQRF and hydraulic pump do not work when the pressure gauge is displayed as zero (1) When the hydraulic pump is started and the control air source pressure of valve 1 is zero
, the system enters the low pressure operation mode, and the pressure gauge displays a lower pressure value.
(2) The control air supply pressure of the manual regulating valve 1 increases it, and the system pressure also increases proportionally until the working pressure is reached.
