Small hydraulic station for CNC indexing table used in machine tools

Numerical control indexing tables use pneumatic and hydraulic control. Hydraulic control is more commonly used due to its high output pressure and small actuator size. Because the size of modern equipment is becoming increasingly compact, the size of the hydraulic power unit for numerical control indexing tables is also strictly controlled. However, the size of a typical hydraulic power unit is difficult to control due to heat generation and cooling issues. Therefore, we have selected an RFT gas-liquid booster pump, which effectively solves the problem of temperature rise, as well as pressure drops due to leaks and noise and energy consumption due to frequent pump starts and stops.

The system is equipped with a pressure reducing valve, a miniature accumulator to reduce pulsation, a pressure switch, and a zero-leakage directional valve, which ensures the safety, pressure stability, and flow stability of the system, while significantly reducing energy consumption and noise compared to typical hydraulic power units. The hydraulic power unit comes with a transparent protective cover, making the system more integral, protective, and aesthetically pleasing.
