Two-way coaxial valve installation without pilot solenoid valve (Figure 1)
Coaxial valves are standard equipped with pilot solenoid valves. Due to different operating conditions, there may be situations where remote control or centralized busbar installation of the pilot solenoid valve is required. A pipe connection is needed between the pilot solenoid valve and the coaxial valve body. The coaxial valve body has pneumatic ports 2 and 4. Pneumatic port 2 connects to port 2 of the pilot solenoid valve, and pneumatic port 4 connects to port 4 of the pilot solenoid valve. The connecting pipes and fittings can be selected. If the coaxial valve is required to open when the power is off, the above-mentioned pipes should be swapped.

Two-way coaxial valve installation with pilot solenoid valve (Figure 2)
Coaxial valves are standard equipped with pilot solenoid valves. The default voltage of the pilot solenoid valve is DC24V, and the default electrical connector is DIN43650(EN175301-803) type B connector. The pneumatic port of the pilot solenoid valve (default G1/4) is connected to the air source.

Three-way coaxial valve installation without pilot solenoid valve (Figure 3)
Coaxial valves are standard equipped with pilot solenoid valves. Flanged two-way coaxial valve installation (Figure 5-1, 5-2)
Different flange interfaces can be selected according to different operating conditions. The default flange standard is HG/T 20592-2009. The pneumatic control method is described in the above specifications.

Flanged three-way coaxial valve installation (Figure 6-1, 6-2)

Proximity switch (inductive sensor) installation (Figure 7, Figure 8 )
Proximity switches are optionally installed in coaxial valves according to customer needs. When the coaxial valve is open, the indicator light of proximity switch 2 is off, and the indicator light of proximity switch 1 is on. When the coaxial valve is closed, the indicator light of proximity switch 2 is on, and the indicator light of proximity switch 1 is off. The installation and wiring methods are shown below:

Appendix: Wiring diagram of two commonly used specifications of proximity switches, as shown in Figure (8). For other specifications, please contact the manufacturer.

Magnetic switch installation (Figure 9, Figure 10 )
Magnetic switches are optionally installed in coaxial valves according to customer needs. When the coaxial valve is open, the indicator light of magnetic switch 2 is off, and the indicator light of magnetic switch 1 is on. When the coaxial valve is closed, the indicator light of magnetic switch 2 is on, and the indicator light of magnetic switch 1 is off. The installation and wiring methods are shown below:
