The filter element has a filtration accuracy of 20-1000μm to ensure efficient separation of impurities from the fluid. When the differential pressure between the filter element reaches the set value, the backwash is immediately activated for self-cleaning. Furthermore, filtration is not interrupted during backwashing. Solid particles in the fluid accelerate the wear of system components, pipes, and valves. These impurities can lead to premature failure of system components, and particles in the fluid can affect the quality of the final processed product.
