Select the three connections (two connections) suitable for the system requirements according to technical performance parameters such as pipeline diameter, flow volume, pressure regulation range, and filtering accuracy.
The filtering accuracy refers to the maximum diameter of the particles of the filter element. Among them, there are four gears such as 5 μm, 10 μm, 25 μm, and 50 μm, which can be selected according to the quality requirements of air.
When using a three -connected (pressure reducing valve), try to avoid using the lower limit of the regulating range. It is best to use 30%-80%of the upper limit value, and should be selected to use the pressure gauge that conforms to this voltage range. The number of pressure gauges should exceed 20%of the upper limit value.
Select the three links according to the highest working pressure of the pneumatic control system. Qi source pressure should be 0.1MPa than the highest work pressure.
The exit pressure of the pressure reduction valve is required to fluctuate for small hours. If the exit pressure fluctuates the maximum working pressure of the highest size ± 0.5%, the precision pressure decompression valve needs to be used.
When used, the general installation order is: the air filter is first in the flow direction of the airflow, the second is the pressure decompression valve, and the oil fog. That is, according to the direction of the direction of the arrow on the three -connected shell as the airflow, it should not be reversed.
The air filter must be installed vertically and the water release valve must be made down. When used, water should be placed frequently, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly. When the pressure decompression valve is not used, the handle of the pine should be returned to zero, so as not to cause the membrane to be pressured for a long time, and affect the life of the pressure decompression valve and the accuracy of the pressure regulation.
Before connecting to the pipeline, clean up the rust and other dirt in the pipeline should be cleaned up.
