Vacuum pressure impregnation equipment
The vacuum pressure immersion (VPI) process is to cool the workpiece pre -baked after the tide, place it in the vacuum environment, eliminate the air and volatiles inside the white blank coil, rely on the effect of the lacquer liquid gravity and the capacity of the coil, and use dry compression compression. The air or inert gases applies a certain pressure on the lacquer liquid after the vacuum is lifted, so that the paint liquid quickly penetrates and fills the inner layer of the insulation structure.
VPI process process: ⊙ → pre -baking dehumidification → pot → vacuum exhaust → vacuum immersion paint → pressure immersion → pressure paint → unloading drip painting → cured drying → ⊙.
It can be seen that the valve installed on the paint tank throughout the process must be both vacuum and positive pressure, but also exposed to impregnated paint liquid, so it has high requirements for the performance of the valve. The RFT coaxial valve is just suitable for the application of the field with its unique structure.
